In Richmond Hill (TREB Districts N03, N04, N05) alone, there were 792 active homes for sale in Richmond Hill with 527 sales averaging $540,891. Of the 792 homes for sale in Richmond Hill, 502 were detached homes. Of these 502 detached homes for sale in Richmond Hill, 299 sold with an average price of $605,307. Also included in the total number of homes for sale in Richmond Hill were semi-detached homes. There were 30 active semi-detached homes for sale in Richmond Hill, 23 semis sold averaging $422,526. Condo apartments had 84 sales with an average price of $299,896 and 9 link homes for sale in Richmond Hill sold for $443,982. There were 32 Condo town homes for sale in Richmond Hill, all 32 sold with an average price of $339,614. Finally in Richmond Hill Real Estate, there were 81 attached town homes for sale in Richmond Hill, 79 sold with an average price of $431,545.
