April 6, 2010, TREB Market Watch -- The Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) reported record breaking first quarter sales with 22,418 sales for the Greater Toronto Area during the month of April. In Aurora (TREB District N06) alone, there were 171 active homes for sale in Aurora with 123 sales averaging $482,425. Of the 171 homes for sale in Aurora, there were 121 detached homes. Of these 121 detached homes for sale in Aurora, 80 sold with an average price of $562,024. Also included in the total number of homes for sale in Aurora, were semi-detached homes. There were 13 active semi-detached homes for sale in Aurora, all 13 semis sold averaging $336,846. Condo apartments had 10 sales with an average price of $293,300 and 1 link home for sale in Aurora sold for $269,900. There were 13 Condo town homes for sale in Aurora which had 7 sales and an average price of $339,614. Finally in Aurora Real Estate, there were 17 attached town homes for sale in Aurora, all 17 sold with an average price of $346,153.
