There were a total of 234 new listings of homes for sale in Aurora during April. There were 105 Aurora Real Estate sales with an average price of $473,115. Included in the total number of homes for sale in Aurora are 155 detached homes with 64 sales and an average price of $537,528. Also included in these Aurora Real Estate totals are 22 semi-detached homes for sale in Aurora, 8 semis sold with an average price of $346,613. Additonally in Aurora Real Estate, Condo apartments had 1 sale averaging $265,000 and link homes had 2 sales averaging $348,950. Condo town homes for sale in Aurora had 8 sales and an average price of $486,875. Finally in Aurora Real Estate, 22 out of 23 attached town homes for sale in Aurora sold, with an average price of $347,477.
