June 3, 2010 TREB Market Watch -- For May 2010, the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) has reported GTA (Greater Toronto Area) home prices are up 13% from May 2009. TREB also reports 9,470 sales during May 2010 - a 1% drop in sales compared to May 2009. In Richmond Hill Real Estate alone (TREB districts N03, N04, N05), there were a total of 1166 homes for sale, 403 sold averaging $516,759. Included in these totals were 735 detached homes for sale in Richmond Hill. Of these 735 detached homes for sale in Richmond Hill, 200 sold with an average price $657,490. Also included in these Richmond Hill Real Estate totals were semi detached homes. There were 45 semi detached homes for sale in Richmond Hill. Of the 45 semi detached homes for sale in Richmond Hill, 60% (27) sold with an average price of $416,601. Condo apartments had an average price of $247,673 with 87 sales. There were 16 link homes for sale in Richmond Hill, 14 sold averaging $477,286. Finally in Richmond Hill Real Estate, there were 51 condo town homes for sale in Richmond Hill, 19 sold with an average price of $345,064 and there were 119 attached town homes for sale in Richmond Hill with 56 sales averaging $424,372.
