July 6, 2010, TREB Market Watch -- The Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) reports the year-to-date sales through June are up a record-breaking 23% compared to 2009. In Aurora Real Estate for the month of June, there were 237 active listings. Of the 237 homes for sale in Aurora, 82 sold averaging $499,656. Included in these totals were 177 detached homes for sale with 44 sales and average price of $491,250. Also included in these Aurora Real Estate totals were semi detached homes. There were 19 semi detached homes for sale in Aurora, 10 sold averaging $365,340. Also in Aurora Real Estate, condo apartments had 4 sales with the average price being $318,750. Finally in Aurora Real Estate, there were 14 condo town homes for sale in Aurora, 8 sold averaging $414,438 and there were 21 attached town homes for sale in Aurora with 16 sales averaging $351,531.
