June are up a record-breaking 23% compared to 2009.

there were 1063 active listings. Of the 1063 homes for
sale in Richmond Hill, 348 sold averaging $544,409.
Included in these totals were 652 detached homes for
sale in Richmond Hill with 195 sales and average price
of $677,400. Also included in these Richmond Hill Real
Estate totals were semi detached homes. There were 34
semi detached homes for sale in Richmond Hill, 15 sold
averaging $420,598. Also in Richmond Hill Real Estate,
condo apartments had 62 sales with the average price
being $304,305. Finally in Richmond Hill Real Estate,
there were 41 condo town homes for sale in Richmond
Hill, 18 sold averaging $321,823 and there were 114
attached town homes for sale in Richmond Hill with 39
