There were 10 semi-detached homes for sale in Aurora, all 10 of 10 sold with an average price of $317,790. There were 12 Condo apartments for sale, 3 sold with an average price of $292,214. Additonally in Aurora Real Estate, there were 16 condo town homes for sale in Aurora with 5 sales and an average price of $541,900. There were 20 active attached town homes for sale in Aurora, all 20 sold with an average price of $330,320.
