Included in the total number of homes for sale in Newmarket are 254 detached homes with 83 sales and an average price of $370,792. Also included in these Newmarket Real Estate totals are 46 semi-detached homes for sale in Newmarket, these semis had 15 sales and an average price of $267,233. Condo town homes for sale in Newmarket had 5 sales and an average price of $312,500. 22 out of 38 attached town homes for sale in Newmarket sold, with an average price of $278,795.
